MIDTOWN RETREAT

I booked through Vrbo so didnt really deal with this company

Loved the pool, extremely spacious rooms and just everything about the house. It really looked like a show home. We were 2 days into our trip and were looking to book next years trip at the same house.

Clean, comfortable house. Kitchen had all of the tools needed. Loved the backyard and pool. We had a great time. We were used to having a binder full of information about the house upon our arrival when using a rental which this house didnt have. It could be helpful for the renters if you had this. All important information would be there in one place.

The team was so responsive, and every time we had questions the team would respond very quickly. They were super helpful and accommodating and flexible, and made our group feel very welcome. The only thing that would be more helpful is to have a consolidated place with check-out instructions. We were unsure what to do with trash, sheets, etc. and only found instructions by walking to different rooms and reading the instructions that were written in different places. We were afraid we might have missed something.. So a sheet of paper with all the instructions in one place would be great :)

The house was great! better than expected from the photos honestly. It was very clean, had everything in stock, clean towels and sheets. The check in process was easy with the lock box.

Beautiful home nice and quiet neighborhood. Lovely times to be had at Midtown Retreat. Close proximity to downtown and the Lake.

The house accommodated all of our needs! The house has everything we need you don't need to bring anything, except for your food!
